Let’s work together!

I’m honored to know that you’re considering working with me on your path to healing and growth. I work with clients in two capacities: clinical psychotherapy and coaching. I approach each service differently, as should any ethical mental health and wellness practitioner, so I’ve described each service below.

Clinical Psychotherapy

As a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide psychotherapy services to individual and pre-marital clients at Khalil Center. I use an integrative approach to therapy with a focus on your story, the right tools, and the therapeutic relationship. If you’re located in the Bay Area in California, we can even meet in-person!

*Please note that this service is only available for individuals currently located in the state of California. Use the button below to request an appointment — the admin team will get in contact with you to help with intake and fees.

Coaching

When it comes to coaching, it’s all about forward momentum! My coaching process is very hands-on and active, which is a great fit for anyone who is highly motivated and ready to hit the ground running. Prepare to be challenged and work on activities between sessions.

What’s your preference?

It can be tricky to navigate all of the various mental health and wellness services that are available these days. If you need help deciding which service is right for you, I can break it down and give a couple scenarios.

  • Due to licensing regulations, I’m unable to provide psychotherapy to individuals residing or currently located outside of California.

If you are ready to start implementing tools to see positive changes in your life and are willing to put in the work, consider my coaching services instead.

  • If you’re looking for specialized mental health treatment, psychotherapy will be a more appropriate path for services.

  • You may be able to benefit from either clinical psychotherapy or coaching. Check out the below chart which may be able to provide more clarity.
