I’m passionate about helping you get unstuck and reach your potential.
Meet Cody:
I work with Muslim women in their 20s and 30s who are craving to shake up their life and move past their own limitations. If you’re ready to challenge what you’re currently stuck in, then I’m ready to help!
As a Subconscious Rewiring Coach and Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I have spent literally thousands of hours working with clients. So what can we expect to shift in the time that you and I will be working together?
My approach to rewiring the subconscious is structured and multi-layered: we make sure we have the full map of your life and the related subconscious beliefs you’re operating from, we’ll build out a new plan that fits the vision you want to live, and we’ll start testing the water to get unstuck and become the healed version of yourself.
As of right now, I’m only seeing clients individually. If you’re interested in joining the waitlist for my upcoming Unstuck Live Course, you can take the Unstuck Assessment here and you’ll be notified when we have all our ducks in a row for course enrollment to begin.
So you are a therapist and a coach?
I’ve found that with the price of therapy going up every year, clients are really wanting the bang for their buck — a.k.a. seeing real difference in a short amount of time. The cool thing is that there are some therapy modalities that work this way, but most of the time, the therapeutic process is a long-term commitment with slowly moving results.
(Not to say that’s a bad thing! I think the change from therapy can likely last longer if you’re able to take the time to get to the root of the issue and dedicate effort to sustainable growth.)
These days, I’m finding that my clients are craving a more collaborative and active process that leads to faster-acting change. This is what coaching is all about, so I’m happy to add it as a service that I can provide to you.

Change is possible.
Build awareness
Sometimes we know what works and what doesn’t work for us, and other times it can seem like a big mystery. Building awareness is the first step to a new life.
Make a change
The keys to change are intentionality and commitment. Be focused on how you want to think and feel in this next step of your journey.
Keep it going
Keep your new and improved life by incorporating factors that will set you up for success, while keeping you away from self-sabotage.
Are you into DIY self-improvement? My upcoming book might be up your alley. Mental health can be an intimidating topic to zoom in on in your life, but my book will be the sword and shield to help you tackle any challenges that are currently holding you back when it comes to mindset and mental health.
I include many lessons from my work as a therapist and coach in the book, which you can get a front-row seat to in the meantime by enrolling in one of my individual or group coaching options.
