Hi, I’m Cody.

As a Life Coach and Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I have spent literally thousands of hours working with clients. My hope is to help you set goals and reach new heights.

As an avid proponent of therapy, I also recognize that it’s not everybody’s jam. My coaching style is structured and I offer options that let you move forward with your life after only 3 to 6 sessions - that way you’re not locked in for a vague amount of time.

If you’re also a therapist, why do you offer coaching?

I’ve found that with the price of therapy going up every year, clients are really wanting the bang for their buck — a.k.a. seeing real difference in a short amount of time. The cool thing is that there are some therapy modalities that work this way, but most of the time, the therapeutic process is a long-term commitment with slowly moving results.

(Not to say that’s a bad thing! I think the change from therapy can likely last longer if you’re able to take the time to get to the root of the issue and dedicate effort to sustainable growth.)

These days, I’m finding that my clients are craving a more collaborative and active process that leads to faster-acting change. This is what coaching is all about, so I’m happy to add it as a service that I can provide to you.
